Items can be returned within 15 days from the purchase after coordinating with our Customer Service team. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, or for an exchange of the same or similar product.
HOW DOES THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE WORK?
Exclusive Jewels is fully committed to creating and providing the highest standard of jewelry, which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all non customized purchases. If your product is damaged, or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.). A Shipping and Handling fee of $24.99 -$79.99 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements depending on the item being replaced.
All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $79 USD repair fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues.

Are your products made out of real gold?
Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. Our products include the highest quality of material for the price. If plated, our base metal includes sterling silver or stainless steel depending on the specific product.

How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping within the United States takes on average 3-7 business days after processing (24-72hours).
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it or return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund via store credit. All of our jewelry is also covered under our Lifetime Warranty Policy.
I did not receive my package but the tracking number shows delivered?
Exclusive Jewels is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you not receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
My tracking number is not showing updates, what is going on?
Since we drop off over 100+ packages at once, our local post office at times does not scan each package individually for the notification on the tracking. It just goes onto the truck to its next destination, you will for sure see an update once it reaches your local post office (give it 3-7 business days).
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
